Recommendations for national SARS-CoV-2 testing strategies and diagnostic capacities (by the WHO)
WHO never supported asymptomatic testing for air travel since it was not supported by scientific studies. Most important issue is to stay off the planes if acutely sick and airlines should be flexible with changes. Testing travelers never had a role from the very beginning.
